PLATFORM OVERVIEW


BookYourMovie is a Centralized Cloud based Ticketing Platform which is integrated with all the delivery channels. This platform brings all the theatres in each State under the same umbrella. This Platform acts as a Hub between End Customers, Theatres, Producers, Distributors and Government. This platform manages Theatres, Show Times, Movies Catalog, Seat Layout Management, Ticket Pricing Category, Tax / GST Management, Collection Report Management, Online Ticket Selling, Offline Ticket Management, Movie-wise/Theatre-wise Collection Report, etc in a Centralized manner.

TICKETING TO PUBLIC


Public may book movie tickets using online Portal Or using the Mobile App. Public may search movies based on Cities Or Theatres. Once the Movie, Theatre and the ShowTime is selected, public will be shown with Seating Layout for that particular theatre with the reserved seats and the available seats. They can hold the Seats for X mins and after that the Seats will be automatically released for others for reservation. Once the ticket is purchased by paying online, Public may Print the Ticket (OR) use the Ticket Confirmation from their Mobile at the Theatre to get in.

THEATRE DASHBOARD / APP


Tickets may be booked by Theatre Operators/Employees at Theatre’s Counter using the Theatre App/Dashboard. Tickets availability will be checked against the Centralized Ticketing DB using API and also will be updated in the Centralized DB once it is Booked. This Theatre App will provide an On-Line and Off-Line (as a backup in case if Internet is down) Ticket Booking System. Theatre Owner/Authorized Person can Access the collection Report for a particular Day / Show, Number of Tickets booked by the Customer using Online / App as well as the Tickets sold at the counter, The Total amount of GST to be paid to the Government, etc. They can also use Dashboard to Request Approval for Special Show from the Government.

GOVERNMENT DASHBOARD


This Web PORTAL / DASH BOARD for the Government Officers / GST Officers will help them to collect / get the correct GST charges from the Theatres which was already collected from the Public by Theatres when they sold the Tickets via Online as well as at Theatre’s Counter. When the theatre Owner submits a request for approval for playing any special show, that request will be listed automatically under the Government Officer’s Portal / Dash Board. Then the Govt Officer can verify and grant them permission based on the information submitted.

PRODUCER / DISTRIBUTOR DASHBOARD


Producer AND Distributor may use this Web PORTAL / DASH BOARD through which they can track the Number of Tickets sold Or the Number of Shows Or the amount collected in each theater in each day for a particular movie. This will help the industry to make everything transparent (especially about the collection report) among several parties (such as Producer, Distributor, Theater Owner, Actors, Directors, etc) involved with this movie industry. The Producer may request for Producer Login by submitting the necessary information/documents for the film produced by them. The Producer is responsible for granting the Login/Access to the Distributors using the dashboard for a particular movie in the corresponding area.
